Percy founded his Firm ITALIA & ASSOCIATES LLP in Hyderabad on his return from London and has a staff of 70. Italia & Associates LLP is a member of NEXIA International, which is a Top 9 firm worldwide.

Shireen Sethna Baria is a philanthropic at heart and an eminent lawyer having over three decades of experience. She started her career as an associate with the reputed firm of M/s. J.B. Dadachanji & Co., New Delhi from 1987 to 1992. Thereafter, she practiced with New Delhi Law Offices, New Delhi, from 1992 to 1997 and moved to set up a Greenfield practice at Hyderabad in 1999.
In 2005, her practice was merged with the firm of Udwadia&Udeshi, Mumbai and was a partner in charge of UdwadiaUdeshi& Co. at Hyderabad till March 2010. In April 2010 she founded the firm of Vakils Associated at Hyderabad, of which she is the Managing Partner.
Shireen has been regularly speaking on sensitizing the employees and training members of Internal Committees on the nuances of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and is an External Committee member on various Internal Committees of reputed companies.

Dr. M Subrahmanyam is the Founding Director of ‘Axon Anaesthesia Associates Pvt. Ltd.”, which is now the largest group practice in Anaesthesia in India. Having worked extensively abroad, Dr. M Subrahmanyam moved back in 2000 determined to improve clinical standards of Anaesthesia across the country. The company now has over 175 trained anaesthesiologists, providing services to over 30 hospitals in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. He is also actively involved in teaching younger anaesthesia doctors.
He has been instrumental in starting Sparsh Hospice, the first of its kind in Hyderabad, along with other members of Rotary Banjara and is the President of its governing board. Sparsh is a free home that cares for over 3500 end of life cancer patients, giving them solace in their last days of life.
Dr. M Subrahmanyam’s medical interests are Paediatric Anaesthesia and Obstetric Anaesthesia and he is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at Rainbow Hospital, Hyderabad. He has written chapters in medical text books and has been published in many journals.

She has published many papers in leading medical journals, written chapters in textbooks for medical students and is sought after for lectures in conferences in her field. She has been the youngest general secretary for ISOPARB Hyderabad chapter (Indian Society of Perinatology and Reproductive Biology) and continues to be an executive member of the National Society.
Dr.Swapna Yendru enjoys reading and catching up with the latest shows. She is married to Dr. Kamalakar Naidu and have 2 children, Neeharika and Vibhav, and pet parent to Alma, their Miniature Schnauzer dog.
